Eduard Maksimovich Soroko, Eduard Maksimovich, was born on July 31, after graduating from a silver secondary school in the year, he entered the Tajik State University named after Lenin at the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics, which successfully completed in the city of candidate dissertation dedicated to the methodological problems of sociological research of the production team, defended the doctoral dissertation on the “Self-Organization of Systems: Problems of Measures and Harmony” in the year.
It has more printed works, ten of which are large fundamental monographs. At different times, the scientist held leading positions: the head of the sector of the problems of synergetics and systemology, and since the beginning of the 21st century, he had been the head of the department of philosophical problems of interdisciplinary research and systemology of the Institute of Philosophy of the NAS of Belarus.
With G., the characteristic feature of scientific research by E. Soroko was the focus on the fundamental, basic problems of philosophy, ontology, and theory of knowledge. Among them are ancient philosophical problems of measures and harmony, symmetry and related mathematical relationships, the fundamental ideas of Pythagoras about the possibility of expressing the most important principles of organizing being; A number of the most difficult topics of the later time: analysis and synthesis, information, synergetics, the problem of the ratio of chaos and harmony in the process of self -organization of systems, issues of systemogenesis, diversity optimality, structural and functional stability, self -organization and global evolutionism, and a number of others.
Soroko made a significant contribution to the development of scientific and methodological ideas of philosophical content: he developed a dialectical and synergistic concept of the structural harmonization of systems in nature and society; On the basis of the principle of multiple relations and the theory of structures of attractions, he laid the foundations of the theory of systemic design of complex structural complexes acting outside the balance and at the same time showed that their dynamic stability is determined by generalized golden crossings, which are objective invitations of the evolution and self-organization of systems.
The most important scientific achievement of the scientist is the concept of generalized gold sections - a series of irrational numerical invitations that characterize harmonious relations in systems of various nature. Original research in this direction won Eduard Maksimovich in a professional scientific community nickname - “Pythagoras of the XX century”.
The merit of the scientist should include the discovery of the law of structural harmony of systems, which is given in the book "Structural Harmony of Systems" G. The monograph under the heading “Golden Section, the processes of self -organization and evolution of systems: the introduction into the general theory of harmony of systems” withstood five reprints in Moscow at the beginning of this century.
Scientific research by E. Soroko has gained recognition at the international level. He was a member of the International Academy of Organizational and Management Sciences of Minsk, a corresponding member of the Petrovsky Academy of Sciences and Arts S. Chairman of the International Congress “Harmful Development of Systems-the Third Path of Humanity” Odessa, on October 8-10, by the American Biographical Institute, he was included in the 7th edition of the international catalog of leaders, distinguished by outstanding contributions to modern society.
He was awarded the government jubilee medal “Slavic Ruh on the lands of Belarusi.
Ignatovsky G. The bright good memory of Eduard Maksimovich will forever remain in the hearts and souls of students, friends and colleagues.
