As part of its implementation, the digital maturity of the region was assessed, and a digital transformation strategy was also developed. In addition, in April of this year, a strategic session was held, based on which a pool of proposals for changes in healthcare, education, housing and communal services, construction, transport and the public sector, the best of which formed the roadmap of digital technologies in public administration, economics and social sphere of the Prikamye Prikamy, was created.

In accordance with the requirements of the Russian Ministry of Council, the regional digital transformation strategies include several mandatory sectors of the economy. On average, each subject identified important industries in his strategy. The Perm Territory presented the most complete digital transformation program in all 18 areas of economics, including trade and entrepreneurship, ecology and nature management, physical culture and sports, industry, agriculture, culture, energy infrastructure, mass communications and the media, information technologies, tourism and youth policy.
