Biography of Salikhov Azat
National cultural Org. Svetlana Kulmurzina, the chief specialist of the Bashkir historical and cultural center in the Sverdlovsk region, interviewed the deputy governor of the Sverdlovsk region Azat Salikhova. We bring to your attention excerpts from it. It will be possible to familiarize yourself with the full text in the issue of the publication in the city of what paths brought you to the Sverdlovsk region?
Therefore, with pleasure he accepted your proposal to participate in the project "Bashkirs of the Sverdlovsk Region". I was brought to Yekaterinburg, or rather, the service. For more than 12 years, I worked in the Federal Bailiff Service, having passed several constituent entities of the Russian Federation as a head-Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Samara Region, Moscow, Orenburg Region, and in January of the year I headed the Federal Bailiff Service in the Sverdlovsk Region.
And now for 11 years I have been living in Yekaterinburg. Sverdlovsk region to the Middle Urals and the Ural Federal District. Do you think that economic relations are not torn from such zoning? What are the prospects? Zoning is a conditional differentiation on a comprehensive economic assessment of the territory. If the parties are interested in economic interaction, then by and large it does not matter who is “registered” where.
If we talk about the turnover of the Republic of Bashkortostan with the Russian regions, then a significant share falls on the Sverdlovsk region. The import of sausage products, mayonnaise products, perfumes, furniture, as well as industrial and technical goods Coxing, Portland cement, lumber, and agricultural tractors, and agricultural tractors, are constantly increasing into the Bashkortostan from the Sverdlovsk region.
In turn, food, fertilizers, paper, rubber are taken from Bashkortostan to the Sverdlovsk region. In the year, I participated in the I Interregional Forum on the Development of the North-East of the Republic of Bashkortostan: "Combining events-we promote territories." In the year - in the V World Kurultai Bashkir, which determined the development strategy of the Bashkir people and the establishment of business and cultural contacts.
So, with confidence I can say that the Sverdlovsk region and Bashkortostan are mutually interested in the development of economic ties. This is the fourth largest people living in the region. In my opinion, the level of wages and the availability of housing are important for young specialists. But an important condition is also the presence of national culture on the territory of residence.
After all, the Bashkirs are a unique people with a rich history, culture, traditions, spiritual potential. The development of Bashkir culture, the preservation of the native language and traditions is paid to special attention both from the Government of the Sverdlovsk region and from the national cultural associations. The past year was rich in anniversaries - these are the years of the formation of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the age of the birth of Musty Karim, since the birth of Salavat Yulaev.
The Government of the region, together with the national-cultural associations of the Bashkirs in the Sverdlovsk region, held large-scale festive events. In addition, in the year we published a gift book of poems by Musta Karim. Every year, Sabantuy is held with a large scale, which has become so popular that it collects more than 15 thousand guests. This year was the exception when, for all reasons, mass events are limited and Sabantuy was not held.
But we hope that next year the holiday will take place. What do you think of the possibilities of municipal cooperation, about "people's diplomacy"? I can continue: Artinsky City District of the Sverdlovsk Region interacts with the Mechetlinsky district of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the city of Krasnoufimsk and Krasnoufimsky district - with Belokatai, Metestlinsky, Duvan, Salavat, Kiginsky districts.
To a greater extent, of course, the interaction occurs in the cultural sphere. At the same time, I want to note that coming to places, communicating with the inhabitants, people with warmth speak of jointly events and projects, share their impressions. And these emotions are sincere. The possibilities of municipal cooperation are not limited. After all, folk diplomacy is civil diplomacy without political and legal restrictions.
These are, first of all, unofficial contacts of ordinary people or public organizations. Not diplomatic officials take part in it, but scientists, artists and culture, businessmen, religious figures, youth, tourist and sports organizations, private citizens. All this contributes to the improvement of relationships, a better understanding of culture and traditions.
