Why did you choose precisely obstetrics and gynecology?

They say this is one of the complex areas of medicine. This is the only profession that is associated with magic and a miracle of birth. For me, it matters how this process occurs, what hands accept kids, in what environment they are born. There is something divine in the birth of a new person, so it is very important that we accept them as gods and treat their mothers in a special way.

I myself had a difficult birth, and I would like a special attitude. Is your area rapidly changing, this is its complexity? You see, a real obstetrician-gynecologist is studying all his life. He needs to know not only obstetric pathology, but also general medicine. After all, a woman can have various concomitant diseases: cardiovascular, endocrinological, etc. A person who does not study cannot be a good specialist.

Improving knowledge and skills, critical thinking to oneself is a permanent process for us. The traffic on the rut is dangerous for patients and destructively for professionals today our maternity hospital provides high -tech assistance, works in a constant relationship with federal centers, and telemedicine consultations daily. The state maternity hospitals are often a biased attitude. That everything is outdated here, everything is severe. In fact, not everything is so gloomy. I myself trained in the best medical institutions in Russia and abroad. We hold a high bar, introduce the technology of an open maternity hospital, where a caring attitude towards each family is practiced.

It is important for us not only to provide highly qualified assistance, but also to create comfortable conditions. At the same time, the team of the city perinatal center has vast experience. Every day we are faced with cases of different levels of complexity and find a solution. The head physician is more manager, and you are included in all processes. You manage to go around all the chambers, communicate with women, inspect newborn.

The head doctor, first of all, is a doctor. Yes, I like to come to work before everyone else, to look at every ward, to talk with pregnant women and already mothers, to inspect newborn. This is a love for what you are doing! On the other hand, I can only learn employees with a personal example. People see that the leader works with them side by side. In difficult situations, no one is considered over time, for three days people remain at work, nursing babies and mothers to conduct complex clinical cases, unique examples of rescue of the life of mother and child, solving difficult issues of reproductive health - we are working until in recent years more attention is paid to women's health.

Indeed, we, for example, in our structure, we have the White Rose Center, which is designed for the early detection of cancer diseases of the reproductive system. Of the eighteen centers throughout Russia, we are in leaders in quality of work. Constantly urge women to undergo medical examination and examinations in a timely manner. Globally, our main tasks are to preserve the health of women of all ages, to create conditions for the formation of a responsible attitude to health.

In the current demographic situation, all this is especially important. Every woman is dear to us, and she should be a road for herself.
