The team was created in the year and existed already before Elena Temnikova after the Star Factory began to cooperate with producer Maxim Fadeev and decided to create a women's group of three girls. The search for the participants began in the year. Olga Seryabkina worked as a back vocalist at the ward Fadeev-Irakli, where she met Temnikova. After so many years and several replacements, the next two years, the Serebro group gradually broke up. In October, Olga Seryabkina announced the desire to leave the team in which she was already 12 years old. And she said that she would perform in the group for another year. But already in February of the next year, Seryabkina, Kishchuk and Morgunov announced the completion of their collective activities and a complete renewal of the composition.

And Maxim Fadeev announced the creation of an international franchise under the Serebro brand. At the end of October of the same year, Maxim Fadeev said that he was terminating contracts with all Malfa label artists, leaving them all the rights to songs.
